Il fonde \u00e9galement\u00a0<i>LE CINOCHE,\u00a0<\/i>une association de cin\u00e9ma orient\u00e9e vers la diffusion, la formation et la production.\u00a0En 2022, Thomas prend les fonctions de r\u00e9gisseur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de\u00a0l\u2019Estaminet\u2013Caf\u00e9 Culture\u00a0et de la\u00a0Maison de l\u2019Environnement, les deux salles de spectacles de Magny-les-Hameaux accueillant une cinquantaine de spectacles professionnels et associatifs par an.
